WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Contribute to the vision and execution of our Sunrise clinical, financial, and analytics solutions, ensuring competitive advantage and profitability.
- Translate market trends and customer needs into user-friendly products that deliver real value and satisfaction.
- Oversee agile development processes, manage product backlogs, and champion best practices across the organization.
- Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ignite excitement for Sunrise products internally and externally, advocating for their transformative potential in healthcare delivery.
- Analyze data and identify key performance indicators to ensure optimal product performance and continuous improvement.
- Apply your creative thinking to design and build world-class products within challenging regulatory environments.
- Prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and make critical decisions that impact the success of solutions.
- Mentor and develop your team of product directors, empowering them to excel and reach their full potential.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred.
- 15+ years' experience in Product Management, with a focus on healthcare.
- 10+ years' leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and EHR systems.
- Expertise in SAFe/Agile methodologies and release management standards.
- Strong market analysis, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Product Management tools and data analysis.
- Collaborative leadership style and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
TRAVEL
30-50% travel, mainly in the U.S.
