Job Summary: Participates with leadership from the governing body, medical group, medical staff, service lines, nursing and clinical areas in planning, promoting, and conducting organization-wide activities to support the Mission and Vision of CaroMont Health and achieve the Corporate Strategic Goals. Areas of responsibility include: Service Lines and other CaroMont Health Entities as determined by leadership. Administers the managerial functions of establishing objectives, planning, leadership, staffing, and directing to the assigned departments and areas of responsibility. Serves as an administrative liaison to assigned service lines, divisions, departments, and committees and provides operational support. Works as Dyad Partner to manage Service Lines with corresponding VP Operations. Takes Administrative Call as required.
Qualifications: Medical Degree with specialty Board Certification and NC Medical License and currently caring for patients, with a master's degree in management or administration (MBA, MHA, MPH, MMM or equivalent). Successful experience with medical leadership, mentoring and development of leaders, and direct management of people. Expertise with and proven commitment to achieve High Reliability.
