Position Summary:

At Nusano, we are working to supply the fight against cancer by making rare and undersupplied medical radioisotopes available and abundant. As the VP of People & Culture, you will be the driving force behind our most valuable asset – the people. You will lead a dynamic team of HR and Talent professionals, shaping a world-class employee experience that attracts, retains, and empowers top talent to fuel our scaling organization.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Strategy: Develop and implement forward-looking HR strategies that support short-term and long-term business objectives. Functioning as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management regarding key organizational and management issues.
  • Culture Development: Lead the development and maintenance of a vibrant and inclusive company culture that reflects our values and supports team member engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard exceptional talent.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that facilitate continuous feedback, goal setting, and professional development to drive individual and organizational growth.
  • Learning and Development: Own and develop Nusano's learning and development program to cultivate employees at all levels to become future or more effective leaders in an environment that prioritizes advancing the individual and the team in service of the Company’s mission. Develop and implement plans for workforce training, coordinating with other leaders to determine areas that need attention and administering new training plans and practices for the organization.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster positive employee relations through proactive communication, conflict resolution, and initiatives that promote a supportive and collaborative work environment. Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs. Implement strategies to retain top performers through effective talent management and career development programs.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Develop and implement initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture, driving measurable progress toward diversity goals, and ensure equity and fairness across all aspects of the organization.
  • Total Rewards: Lead total rewards program, including compensation philosophy, annual compensation review process, equity management, and benefits renewals.
  • Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders as a trusted advisor and provide insight and recommendations on people-related issues.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish key HR metrics and utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Oversee HR analytics program that draws novel insights from well-structured, clean data.
  • Policies and procedures: Create policies, and procedures that are innovative and support a best-in-class company culture, enabling team members to bring their best to work every day. Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR functional experience with roles with increasing scope and responsibilities; 5+ years of HR leadership experience, including responsibility over multi-specialist HR teams, in a high growth start-up environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing HR and Talent teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Requirements:
  • SHRM or HRCI certification.
  • Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience.

Posted Salary Range: USD $250,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr. Benefits:
