Vice President Of Operations

```Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Operations to join our team. As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of products and services. This is a senior leadership role that requires exceptional strategic planning, business development, and operations management skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and improve overall business performance
- Lead and manage a team of Operations, sourcing and purchasing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

- Be a hands on entrepreneurial leader

- Be proficient in data analysis and inventory management including being proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Have experience with importing from Southeast Asia including China, Taiwan, India and Vietnam and General Supply Chain Management

- Be a great developer of people
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and clients
- Lead project management efforts to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations in a complex organization
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with external partners
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
