Vice President Of Marketing

ResiMarketing is looking for a Vice President of Marketing to oversee the Marketing teams for all of our growing brands. Please note that this is an in-person role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Lead and manage a team of Marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Oversee all aspects of the marketing department, including advertising, public relations, social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Marketing strategies with overall business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
• Strong knowledge of various marketing disciplines including copywriting, social media marketing, product management, performance marketing, WordPress, Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, advertising sales, budgeting, and print advertising
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

• Marketing: 5+ years (Required)

• Leadership Role: 5+ years (Required)

Compensation: $140,000 - 155,000, commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Work setting: In-office

Ability to commute/relocate: Round Rock, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
