ResiMarketing is looking for a Vice President of Marketing to oversee the Marketing teams for all of our growing brands. Please note that this is an in-person role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of Marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Oversee all aspects of the marketing department, including advertising, public relations, social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of various marketing disciplines including copywriting, social media marketing, product management, performance marketing, WordPress, Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, advertising sales, budgeting, and print advertising
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience:
Marketing: 5+ years (Required)
Leadership Role: 5+ years (Required)
Compensation: $140,000 - 155,000, commensurate with experience
