- Develop an annual marketing strategy and budget that results in increased brand awareness, lead generation, and overall growth and expansion of Positive Development.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate Positive Development across our target audiences: families, referral sources, payers, and applicants.
- Manage demand generation programs that drive revenue including marketing-driven campaigns, events, webinars, SEO, SEM, webinars, ad-retargeting, etc.
- Ensure all marketing events and communications are planned, executed, and followed up in a way that drives leads, ensures a return on investment, and results in an effective use of resources.
- Conceptualize and execute creative and differentiated materials and tools that support sales and client acquisition.
- Craft and hone key messages for communications taking responsibility for ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
- As appropriate, manage vendors to support creation of programs, materials, PR strategies and implementation, etc. and the internal review and approval of resulting deliverables.
- Maintain a cutting-edge program for using data to measure the effectiveness of our marketing effort
- Analyze data and refine strategies and goals based on insights.
- Empower and manage a fast-growing and widespread team in a collaborative environment.
- Marketing or Communications degree, Master’s strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of senior level marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience managing, motivating, and inspiring staff to achieve business goals and objectives and providing mentoring support to individual contributors.
- Experience working with C-Level executives as an influencer and key member of the executive leadership team.
- Experience partnering with outside agencies to achieve large scale marketing initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key drivers within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills, including exceptional writing capability.
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative matrixed organization, ensuring that cross-product, cross-department, and cross-client communications are both transparent and aligned.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing best practices.
- A process-oriented approach includes the ability to work with the team to define project steps, plan work schedules, and track the status of projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
