Summary/Objective:
The VP of International Studio Sales & Operations will be responsible for driving studio-level operational excellence, AUVs and System-wide Sales across International Studios. The primary efforts for achieving these results will be delivered through training, support, local adaptation of studio membership Sales and lead generation strategies to our Master Franchisees. This role will establish a framework of operational processes that is focused on understanding, diagnosing and addressing franchisee market level nuances and competitive challenges in driving studio level performance (local acceptance, revenue and membership growth).
The VP must provide coaching and guidance to Master Franchisee’s in organizing their local support infrastructure and addressing issues such as underperforming studios.
This role will work closely with all brand teams, finance, and outside vendors in addition to international franchisees in their effort to align the international operations with each brand standard and the financial goals of Xponential Fitness.
Responsibilities:
- Know the numbers. This role must stay on top of and analyze studio level metrics, and identify trends and address as needed.
- Know the operations. This role must be proficient in the brand standards and operational and marketing developments for all Xponential brands.
- Know the franchisees. This role needs to have an ongoing understanding of the franchisees and have a productive working relationship with their local management.
- Know the markets. This role needs to be aware of the local realities of operating a fitness franchise in each market.
- Adapt and Scale. This role will be responsible for coaching franchisees on adapting brand operational standards in each market, and on scaling their businesses.
- Determine operational playbook. This role will be responsible for developing an operational playbook on Master Franchisee support to sub-franchisees from market launch to a fully mature roll out.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years related experience in Sales and/or Operations Training.
- Experience working in Franchising is required, international experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals.
- Multi-unit sales or training experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing sales & operations educational materials and programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience coaching and motivating a sales team.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis for extended periods
