To be a successful Vice President of Intake & Admissionsyou must become able to do the following always:
- Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
- Provide direct supervision and support of supervisees utilizing the Company model for supervision, Supervision for Success.
- Ensure staff are trained and competent in their job functions, meet or exceed their performance expectations, outcomes, and goals.
- Responsible for the oversight of the Intake & Admissions Department including departmental policy and procedures, compliance with accreditation standards, and the Department for Children and Families (DCF) regulations.
- Create and monitor budget for department financial success. Provide financial oversight and monitor compliance with established budget guidelines.
- Ensure all placement functions and processes are executed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with leadership to identify placement needs and facilitate companywide collaboration. Participate and lead internal and external committees as requested. Collaborate with external stakeholders as they relate to placement for children.
- Provide quality customer service to all customers internal & external.
- Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.

- Requires bachelor’s degree in social work or related field. Prefer master’s degree in social work or related field.
- Prefer Licensable by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (BSRB).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of successful supervisory experience. Prior work experience in child welfare services preferred.
- 21 years of age. Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
- Maintain company-required training.
- Physical working requirements - Ability to travel, driving company or personal vehicle including at night. Ability to do occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Able to walk upstairs. Ability to work flexible schedule, including some
