We are seeking a Vice President of National Growth with a visionary mindset, profound expertise in value-based care, and a successful track record in fostering payor partnerships to significantly impact the way care is provided to this vulnerable population.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the development and execution of national growth strategies, focusing on establishing and enhancing payor partnerships across health plans, at-risk medical groups, and health systems to improve care for frail elderly seniors.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging Our Client's value proposition to independently build relationships and secure deals within a challenging healthcare landscape.
- Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing client relationships and securing new partnerships, contributing to the fiscal year growth targets.
- Manage the business development lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, including negotiation and partnership formation.
- Forecast deal flow, define success metrics, and align efforts with the broader organizational goals.
- Initially, act as the driving force behind business development, with opportunities to mentor and lead a dedicated team in the future.
Who You Are:
- A strategic leader. with at least 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare, with a proven track record in payor partnerships and innovative growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. A Master's degree and expertise in population health and value-based care delivery models are preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to project professional competence, leadership, and personal maturity.
- Comprehensive understanding of value-based care arrangements, including medical loss ratio (MLR) and total cost of care (TCoC).
