Our client, a well-known hotel management company, seeks an experienced VP of Finance to oversee the financial strategies, operations, and compliance, ensuring the company's fiscal health.

VP of Finance Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee creation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, prepare reports for senior management, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, manage cash flow effectively, and develop strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
• Provide financial insights and guidance for strategic decision-making, such as investments, cost reduction initiatives, or expansion plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as executives and department heads, as well as external parties like investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor finance teams, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals while fostering a culture of excellence.

VP of Finance Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related area. Preference for candidates with an MBA or CPA.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and astute financial capabilities.
• Experience with professional accounting software.
• Substantial track record in leading financial roles specifically within the hotel sector.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication proficiencies.
• Demonstrated success in leading and nurturing teams to high performance.
