Objectives (Quick Role Summary)
Leads Marketplace Segment - P&L Planning, Forecasting and Analysis
Digital Product & Data Products Segment - P&L Planning, Forecasting and Analysis
Assist with business acquisition valuation analyses
Present recommendations to executive team
Key advisor to the business to maximize profits and seize growth opportunities
Essential Functions (Day to day responsibility bullet points)
Planning and forecasting for full P&Ls
Owning several revenue streams and reporting directly to CFO
Design, construct, and deploy product and channel financials
Work with Leads Marketplace, Digital Product and Data Products leadership to construct management analysis
Analyzing strengths and weaknesses of current business models and cultivating recommendations
Assessing business opportunities and supporting the team in the prioritization of capital investments for growth
Assist in the implementation of a new Planning and Forecasting module
Competencies (Key skills, tools, or knowledge required for the role)
8-10 Years of PM&A experience
Cross functional leadership experience
Business acumen
Extensive forecasting experience
Capital project ROI modeling
Business valuation experience is a plus
Confidence to build something new
Strategic thinking

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent
MBA is a plus
