SUMMARY*
This is a senior leadership role that will lead and manage the Engineering and Technical Services teams. It will help deliver operational excellence through effective and efficient deployment of capital investments & technology application.
*
OWNERSHIP*
- Lead, support, train, and develop the Engineering and Technical Services associates.
- Assess the organization’s current & future growth requirements and develop resource & technical workplans that meet its evolving needs.
- Strategically develop and tactically deploy equipment and facility capital plans that improve productivity, safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Evaluate, approve, and prioritize capital projects & resources using strong business case/ROI discipline.
- Implement and utilize project management best practices to help ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of Engineering initiatives.
- Clearly communicate risks & opportunities, and provide mitigation options & recommendations.
- Explore and implement operational and manufacturing technology solutions that support the growth agenda and enable operational excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally on best technology selection and implementation, ensuring delivery of performance and cost objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and processes through use of Engineering and Technical solutions.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning & improvement.
- Act as a champion of Milo’s values, beliefs, and behaviors.
- Be an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.
- This position has Food Safety Responsibilities.
- This position has supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Engineering (MS preferred)
- 15 years of progressive Engineering experience
- 10 years of supervisory experience
- Beverage, Food, or Pharma experience (FDA/USDA)
- Management of annual capital budgets >$100MM
- New facility design & construction experience

Pay: From $250,000.00 per year
