Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating the overall Clinical Operations of the company, by collobarting with interdisciplnary teams across various locations to achieve clinical compliance.
Essential Job Duties:
- Oversee clinical team including but not limited to Regional Nurse Consultants, Directors of Nursing, etc.
- Set, monitor and manage metrics and KPIs for department across all locations.
- Simultaneous management of multiple projects with varying size and complexity.
- Be knowledgable of accrediation standards, IDPH, state, federal guidelines, laws and survey methodologies and related toold for regulatory, QAPI and survey compliance.
- Individual will work closely with operations leaders and executive management, internal business units, and leaders across all facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must possess an encumbered Registered Nurse License in the state of IL.
- Bachelors' degree required.
- A minimum of ten years experience in the Long term care industry preferred.
