General Summary:The Vice President of Global Brand is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the FedEx brand and reputation globally. The position has responsibility for brand, advertising, social media, content, sponsorships, and citizenship.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
  • Extensive professional experience in a senior brand or advertising role, ideally in a global context.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in developing and executing a Global Brand strategy that aligns with corporate priorities and positions FedEx for the future.
  • Oversee the planning, creation, and implementation of integrated advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize brand visibility and impact.
  • Drive social media strategy, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms and channels.
  • Lead global citizenship efforts, including charitable contributions, community engagement, and enterprise-wide volunteerism.
  • Oversee the development of materials and content, including creative for advertising, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Implement sponsorship marketing strategies to enhance the brand and maximize the value of the sponsorship portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and business units to integrate our brand strategy into all aspects of the company's activities.
  • Identify emerging trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights, using data to drive informed decisions.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare, administer, and adhere to realistic budgets with financial controls. Manage outside vendors and agencies in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Determine and command appropriate processes necessary to achieve goals, yet possess the creativity and flexibility to improvise when necessary to meet deadlines or get results.
  • Ensure the availability of development opportunities for team members that seek career growth.
  • Travel as needed for business priorities and key engagements.

Domicile Location:This position is domiciled in Memphis, TN. The ability to work remote within the United States may be available based on business need.
Relocation:Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
