They make health care services as easy to access as possible which is why we continue to grow our specialty services and diagnostic testing which currently includes laboratory services, ultrasound, and x-ray.

They are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to champion these values.
WHO YOU ARE
The Vice President of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing human resource strategies that promote an inclusive, innovative, and high-performance culture across the organization. This leadership position requires a visionary HR professional capable of driving initiatives that align with our core values while contributing to our overall success.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who possesses a high level of autonomy and the capacity to infuse their unique personal touch into our HR strategy. The ideal candidate will exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, driving innovation and fostering a proactive approach to shape our HR initiatives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values, ensuring the integration of HR programs with business objectives. Design and implement policies and procedures that align with the company mission.
Cultural Alignment: Embed and reinforce the core values of putting the patient first, making quality personal, honoring commitments, fostering a team-oriented environment, and driving continuous improvement throughout all HR practices. Ensure employee engagement initiatives drive meaningful relationships that foster positive performance across the board.
Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent. Implement innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience and employer brand. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify talent gaps and assist with developing staffing plans that achieve workforce demands.
Employee Experience: Champion learning and development initiatives that empower employees to reach their full potential, ensuring a continuous learning culture that aligns with organizational needs. Ensure employee onboarding programs promote a positive experience at all levels of the organization.
Performance Management: Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems that encourage accountability, reward excellence, and align with our core values.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by overseeing employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations, mitigating risks and proactively addressing any compliance-related issues.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience in a healthcare or corporate environment
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Leadership experience that includes direct management of staff and performance management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS, talent management systems and other relevant HR technologies.
- SPHR and/or PHR certification, preferred.
