The VP for Equity and Belonging (VPEB) and Senior Diversity Officer sustains and enhances our collective cultural competence through elevating our work together around a critical issue of our time. The VPEB builds bridges to advance education, training, and professional development for faculty, staff, students, and administrators and works with others to identify and change inequitable systems and structures through policy revision, strategy development, and training. The VPEB will serve as key advisor and thought partner with the President on strategies to advance diversity, inclusion, equity, anti-racism, and belonging across the university.
