Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with veterinarians and clients to address animal mobility challenges using OrthoPets' cutting-edge orthotic and prosthetic devices.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with top veterinary partner clinics worldwide.
- Forge new connections with medical professionals and pet owners.
- Utilize telemedicine protocols to provide remote support—no direct patient care required.
- Master the application of V-OP solutions for various patients.
- Opportunity to travel to conferences
Requirements:
- Passionate about customer service—it's at the core of our mission.
- 3-5 years of Veterinary Technician experience.
- Strong communication, computer, time management, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to a new field.
- Professional, attentive, and proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Mechanical or engineering background is a plus!
