We are seeking a veterinary client care specialist to join our work family. If you have great communication skills, like working with people and animals, are organized, and have a good work ethic, we would love to meet and discuss this opportunity!
Our reception team is very involved in the workings of the practice and has the opportunity to learn, utilize, and develop their skills in many ways. Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice. This role is important to our community's reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.
Daily responsibilities include (not limited) :
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Booking appointments
- Greeting clients
- Processing payments
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule however, rotating evening and Saturday shifts will be required. Hourly wage based on experience. If you are highly motivated, team-oriented, and have good people skills, we want to hear from you!
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
