SalaryDesert Ark Veterinary Care is looking for client service representatives - experienced in veterinary medicine to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and hard-working. Our Avondale facility is looking for a full-time amazing CSR.
Our increased volume has found us with the need for the addition of a Full-Time CSR. The current clinic hours are Monday - Saturday 7 AM - 8 PM. We are a GP and Urgent Care facility that is high volume and fast-paced utilizing Cornerstone and multiple electronic platforms for communication.

Responsibilities
- Accurate scheduling of patient appointments
- Triage pet health through conversation on phones to ensure the best health outcome for the patient
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional but familiar customer support.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience within a full-service Veterinary office environment
- Great phone etiquette and tone
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Follow-up and follow-through
- GED / High School Diploma (minimum)
