Veterinary Client Services Representative

PetHealth UrgentCare, Wyomissing is excited to announce that we will be opening our doors in April 2024! We intend to offer exceptional urgent care services to the pets of our community by building a team of skilled and compassionate veterinary professionals!

We are in search of an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Greet clients and patients promptly with compassion and care whether in person or by phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly, professionally and compassionately.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with triage of incoming patients.
• Accurately obtain necessary information to establish and update the patient/client record within practice software.
• Work with fellow team members to ensure seamless communication for the best client experience.
• Utilize skills and knowledge to ensure high-quality standards are met while adhering to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Veterinary Medicine as a Customer Service Representative or a Veterinary Assistant/Technician.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and handle sensitive situations effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing records, and financial transactions.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications such as (not required) PULSE, CareCredit, Scratchpay, Weave.
• Excellent attention to detail when obtaining, entering and relaying vital information to the team, clients as well as others.
• A passion for animals and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Hours of Operation and Schedule Requirements:

• Monday - Sunday (Weekend Rotation)
• Shift Coverage 10am-7pm
• Part-Time and Full Time Shifts Available

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
