Privately owned forever! Rise Pet Health was born from the desire to create a specialty veterinary practice that truly puts pets, pet parents, and our team members at the heart of everything we do. Our newly built 20,000-square-foot specialty clinic is in Orange County, California. In building Rise, we reimagined everything about specialty care – from the way our clinic looks to how we work together to save pet lives. Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Rise Pet Health is seeking skilled and compassionate Client Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. We are a new specialty and emergency veterinary hospital that is putting an emphasis on our commitment to high-quality care, exceptional customer service, and employee wellness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with both pets and their owners, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable and compassionate guidance to clients regarding veterinary services, procedures, and products.
- Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary staff, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans, follow-ups, and medication instructions.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients and their pets.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
- Strive to exceed client expectations by going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks:
Client Service Representative: $18.00 - $23.00/Hour
For Overnight Shifts we also offer a stipend of $2.00
