Good Life Veterinary Care is growing and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our team! Our mission is to help pets and people live good lives together by providing compassionate comprehensive health and behavior care for dogs and cats. We care for our clients as well as our patients and have developed a wonderful, appreciative clientele since opening in 2019.

A successful candidate should possess the following:
- Be service-oriented, dedicated, friendly, professional, empathetic, organized and competent
- The ability to follow directions with and without supervision, address client concerns in a professional and compassionate manner and use problem solving abilities to provide clients with exceptional service
- Exceptional communication skills with both clients and coworkers and a positive attitude
- Available Tuesdays and Thursdays each week for 10 hour shifts
- 2+ years of Veterinary Client service experience in a small animal clinic
