Client Care Specialist
- 8:30am-4pm Monday through Friday
- Answer client’s incoming calls and route them accordingly
- Open & secure center at the beginning and end of the day
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area
- Log & coordinate meeting room reservations
- Greet customers cordially
- Coordinate front desk activities
- Escort visitors when needed to meeting rooms.
- Assist with billing input for client invoicing
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments
- Oversee email correspondence from client base
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- Multi-tasked oriented
- No Office Experience Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to recognize job priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and the Internet
