Entry Level Client Care Specialist - No Office Experience Required

Client Care Specialist

• 8:30am-4pm Monday through Friday
• Answer client’s incoming calls and route them accordingly
• Open & secure center at the beginning and end of the day
• Maintain a neat and professional reception area
• Log & coordinate meeting room reservations
• Greet customers cordially
• Coordinate front desk activities
• Escort visitors when needed to meeting rooms.
• Assist with billing input for client invoicing
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments
• Oversee email correspondence from client base
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• Multi-tasked oriented
• No Office Experience Required
• Strong attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to recognize job priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and the Internet
