About our clinic: The Village Veterinarian is a full-service small animal hospital, offering the gold standard in medical and surgical care. We believe healthy pets make happy people, and we strive to provide high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs in The East Village!
Our diagnostic equipment includes an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, endoscopy, and ultrasound. Most importantly, we have phenomenal, experienced support staff who are crucial to the success of patient and client care. Our doctors perform a variety of routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries and dentistry. All our patients undergoing anesthesia have pre-op lab work and receive an IV catheter, IV fluids, and are carefully monitored and recovered by our skilled surgical technicians.
Our practice is open Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 4 pm. We have an hour for lunch, and have generous time reserved for writing medical records and for client communication. We can be flexible with scheduling but would ideally like someone open to Saturday rotations. There are no on-call responsibilities. Location: We are located off East 11th street right in the heart of East Village in Manhattan, NY. The East Village is a lively neighborhood with an adventurous spirit that defines downtown living! Qualifications:
- NY State Licensed- Valid and in good standing
- All Experience levels considered
- Ability to work a rotational weekend schedule is preferred
Benefits offered:
Salary: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience.
