About Our Hospital: Dedicated surgical suite with surgical laser 6 full-service exam rooms 1:1 Tech to DVM ratio and during busy times there is an extra tech/floater. Skills and Basic Qualifications A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university. Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed.
Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics. Communication skills are essential to this practice setting and the clientele Strong desire to learn and perform surgeries ranging from spays and neuters, soft tissue surgeries, emergency surgeries (splenectomies, foreign body surgeries), interest in orthopedics is a plus.
