* We offer No Benefit rates. With one plan you can opt to not take insurance and you will NOT accrue PTO ($36 + $3.60/hr bonus). The other plan is you accrue PTO but no insurance ($34 + 3.60/hr bonus). Full benefit rate for Full-Time is ($30 + 3.60/hr bonus). (Sign-on Bonus not applicable to PRN or Weekend Warrior Program.) If part-time, you can elect to waive part-time PTO benefits for the $34 + $3.60 bonus rate.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Responsible for the delivery and management of patient care through the nursing process
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise CNAs and ensure shift is properly staffed
- Administer medications and maintain a current report of narcotics
- Monitor infection control and universal precaution practices

Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Illinois
- Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
- Exemplary critical thinking capability
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
