Salary- Conduct thorough examinations of animals and diagnose illnesses and injuries
- Develop and implement treatment plans for animals, including prescribing medications and performing surgeries
- Perform routine procedures such as vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and dental cleanings
- Provide emergency care to injured or critically ill animals
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive healthcare measures
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
Clinic is located adjacent to Bankhead National Forest as well as close proximity to Smith Lake. A small town that is 45-50 minutes from Cullman, Florence, Jasper and 1 and 1/2 hours from Birmingham.
Benefits and salary based on experience level and willingness to grow practice. Would like to expand and add additional large animal care to existing services offered. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
