AZPetVet is growing and looking for passionate Veterinarians to join our teams across Phoenix, AZ Salary - $140,000 minimum + quarterly production incentives with no negative accrual! About us: We are AZPetVet, a family of 22 general practice hospitals that are thriving in the “The Valley of the Sun”. Empowering our hospital teams, our innovative payment plans not only cater to the needs of our community but also grant veterinarians the freedom to practice medicine on their way, setting a new standard of excellence. What separates us from the pack: Support – we maintain a 2-1 tech-to-doctor ratio at all our hospitals. Investment – $40,000 signing bonus to use as you see fit + monthly student loan stipends. Work/Life Flexibility – 4 day-per-week schedules and we are closed on Sundays. Family values– Paid parental leave and robust PTO plans. Benefits – Full benefits plan including 401k with company match. Learning and development – Minimum $6,000 annual allowance. Clinical Autonomy – Clinical decisions are made at the hospital level. Mentorship – for new or recent graduates, we offer a robust, custom mentorship program. NO NON-COMPETES, period! Requirements: You must be a graduate of an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program). Possession of AZ veterinary license and willingness to continually meet licensing requirements.
