Verizon Customer Support Trainee

We recently partnered with Verizon and their new 5G product campaign, so our team is expanding at a rapid rate. We are hiring and training a Verizon Customer Support Trainee to manage the sales and customer accounts throughout New York City and the surrounding boroughs. The Verizon Customer Support Trainee will be the face of our company and the Verizon 5G product rollout therefore, they must withhold and maintain a professional demeanor. As the Verizon Customer Support Trainee, you will be provided support from our training team and will be assigned to work with a more established Client Account Manager. The Verizon Customer Support Trainee will be responsible for their assigned region and must collect data and strategize day by day. Verizon Customer Support Trainee Daily Responsibilities:

• Execute customer-facing promotional offerings within their assigned region
• Provide insight and options to each potential new customer and have comparisons of local competitors to ensure they are making the right decision
• Maintain a relationship with the customer throughout the entire process when they opt into the Verizon 5G services
• Bring creative and innovative ideas to the customer service team to provide astounding service for our customers and our client
• Promote working sales trends to the rest of the customer service team to increase overall revenue throughout the company and within the team
• Submit daily sales to the executive team to stay on track of reaching company and personal sales goals

Requirements:

• Travel throughout the region (reimbursement of travel is given) to meet with customers
• Customer Service, management, sales experience is a must
• Open to adapting to understand various market and sales trends throughout the region assigned
• Strong business acumen and strong presentation skills
• A degree within a relevant field is preferred but not a requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
