AddressThe Vendor Management Coordinator role is responsible for the day-to-day management of supplier relationships. The role will act as the linchpin between suppliers, the Benefits Accounts business and corporate functions like information security, legal, data privacy and procurement.
- Works with business owners in the daily management of supplier relationships, ensuring deliverables are on time and within quality scope
- Source and onboard new suppliers including managing RFIs/RFPs
- Conduct information security and due diligence processes to ensure all third-party suppliers are compliant with WTW standards
- Monitor third party vendor spend and report to senior stakeholders; manage monthly spend reporting and billing
- Participate in vendor service review, document for auditing
- Create vendor SLAs and KPIs, monitor and report
- Troubleshoot all quality and delivery supplier issues
- Participate in special projects and seasonal operational support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams to achieve results.
- 2-3 years’ experience working with vendors and/or suppliers.
- Proficient in Excel and a working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills; analytical and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working and engaging with senior stakeholders across a variety of teams and regions.
- An understanding of contract management preferably within Benefits Accounts and/or Individual Marketplace.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The salary compensation range being offered for this role is 55,000.00 – 65,000 USD per year..
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
