IT Vendor Management Coordinator
VENDOR COORDINATOR – LONGWOOD, FL.
The Select Group is seeking a Vendor Coordinator to help support one of our top clients in the insurance industry. For this role, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual with good experience providing administrative support and data entry to join their team and assist in vendor coordination and documentation for their IT asset migration efforts. This is a hybrid work schedule and will be required to work onsite in Longwood, FL. 3 days out of the week. If this is something you are interested in, please apply today!
VENDOR COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in administrative support and data entry
- Experience coordinating activities, taking meeting notes, calendar management, and track project process
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Smartsheets
- Excellent customer facing & communication skills
- Detail oriented – able to follow and work through checklists and process documentation
VENDOR COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document current IT service providers, IT assets, contracts, etc.
- Coordinate agreements and contract signatures.
- Approve invoices for legacy and enterprise vendors.
- Create billing inquiries and disputes with applicable vendor accounts payable teams.
- Work with vendors to activate new services and update existing contracts
