C&S Vending in Faribault, MN is looking to hire a full-time Vending Route Driverto deliver and distribute products to our customers to refill vending machines by managing inventory levels and cash handling . This Vending Route Driver position earns a competitive wage starting at $54,000 per year, depending on experience. WORK SCHEDULE FOR A VENDING ROUTE DRIVER

This position typically works Monday - Friday each week starting at 3:00 am to 5:00 am and ending the day by 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The routes can vary based on the customers you service each week.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A VENDING ROUTE DRIVER

As a Vending Route Driver, you assist in providing high quality and great tasting refreshments to our customers in the Twin Cities and Southern Minnesota. Working from the comfort of your route truck, start at the warehouse to pick up your customers pre-picked orders needed for your route each day. An excellent communicator, you will work face-to-face with customers, gather relevant inventory information, handle cash and be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continual basis throughout the day as you make deliveries and rotate items for maximum freshness. Communicate with manager, supervisor, account managers and office staff to provide the best service possible to your customers.

You also work on an independent basis, being responsible for your routes since you will work unsupervised 98% of the workday. You will receive on the job training and continued support from a team that works as efficient as you do. Customers appreciate your friendly demeanor as you treat them with empathy and respect and are accountable to their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A VENDING ROUTE DRIVER

• 5-Year Driving Experience (route driving and box truck experience a plus)
• Valid Non-CDL Class D Driver's License with a clean driving record the last 3 years
• Clean criminal history and the ability to pass a DOT physical exam
• Able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis. This position is very physical: lifting, bending, climbing, pushing and pulling.
