Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations for vending machines.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Informs regular clients and customers of new products or services and listens to and resolves service complaints.
• Sets up merchandise and sales promotion display or issues sales promotion materials to customers.
• Accountable for all receipts of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and products.
• Providing excellent customer service to established customers
• Building relationships
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• 3-year driving experience (route driving and box truck experience a plus)
• Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service position or related experience.
• Able to operate or willing to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Valid Non-CDL Class D driver's license and clean driving record a must within the last 3 years. (No DUI, careless, reckless, or multiple moving violations allowed)
• Must have a clean criminal history background, pass a credit check, and able to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• This position is very physical: lifting, bending, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Able to work independently, responsible for route, and work unsupervised 98% of the workday.
• Able to commute or relocate to Faribault, MN 55021
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
