Who we're looking for
Toyota's Vehicle Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Vehicle Safety System Administrator
The primary responsibility of this role is to help support and administer the safety policies for the TM Lease Vehicle program.
Reporting to the Operations and Systems Manager, the person in this role will support the Vehicle Service department's objective to administer the safety policies for the TM Lease Vehicle program.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage driving records of all participating eligible TMs and their family members
- Run motor vehicle records, perform reviews, and manage communications to TMs
2. Vehicle Services Safety System Reports
- Review and resolve Driver Risk Management reports for TMs and their eligible drivers
3. TM Lease Vehicle Program Eligibility Reviews
- Block/unblock TMs eligibility based on reviews and ensure driving records are updated on time
4. Vehicle incident reviews and data coordination
- Review new events from CEI in order to prepare data for the Vehicle Safety Committee
- Create and provide reports/data required by Tokio Marine and TMNA Legal
5. Impounded Vehicle Recovery
- Investigate why a vehicle was impounded and identify/obtain documents needed for it to be released
- Assist in the recovery of the vehicle when required
What you bring
1. Ability to handle and maintain confidential information regarding TMs and their eligible drivers
2. Strong organization and communication skills to ensure immediate addressing of any issues
3. Proven ability to accurately track and maintain large volumes of confidential information
4. Strong Microsoft capability in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines to support Vehicle Safety
Added bonus if you have
1. Knowledge of eVehicle and eGAMS systems
2. Experience with Samba Safety Systems DMS and Qorta driver management systems
3. Working knowledge of CEI accident management system (Xcelerate)
4. Experience working with Tokio Marine data management system
