Description:
The Penske Vehicle Delivery Center is responsible for the tracking, preparation, registration, exchange, and disposal of Toyota employee lease vehicles. A variety of computer applications and software is utilized to ensure compliance with State and Department of Motor Vehicles regulations, as well as Toyota employee policies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Track team member and department vehicle movement to Plano or dealerships across the country
- Answer team member questions via phone, email or in person while displaying excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the lease benefit program
- Assist with registration of vehicles (requires coordination with dealerships, vendors and DMVs)
- Assist with lease contract and payroll deduction document creation and the team member signing process
- Coordinate the end-of-lease purchase process with team members, dealerships, or auction sites
- Support department vehicle orders, reservation scheduling, and lifecycle management
- Understanding of the differences between vehicle types to ensure payroll deductions or department billing processes accurately
- Provide education to Toyota team members on overall processes such as accident reporting, driver screening processes, pickup of new lease vehicles and turn-in of end-of-lease units
- Overall fleet and vehicle lifecycle management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or higher degree preferred
- Must be a high energy individual with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, data entry)
