Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Vehicle Services (VS) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated qualified Reporting/Analytics Senior Administrator.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide financial analysis and reporting support for Vehicle Services.
Reporting to the vehicle Services Portfolio/Admin Manager, the person in this role will support the Vehicle Services department's objective to provide a highly valuable lease vehicle benefit to team members at a reasonable cost to Toyota.
What you’ll be doing
Manage the vehicle-related billings/reimbursements between Vehicle Services and Toyota Financial Services, Departments, and Affiliate companies.
Lead and conduct efforts to compile and analyze the monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual Vehicle Services budget forecasting and flux analysis. Present budget findings and recommendations to Vehicle Services management and act as subject matter expert to address Finance/Accounting related inquiries.
Participate in Month End Close activities, i.e. Journal Entries, Accruals, Reclasses, and Reporting.
Lead and conduct efforts with business units to compile and analyze the Company Car annual and quarterly (Capex – Dept Vehicles) business plan. Present budget findings and recommendations to Vehicle Services management and act as subject matter expert to address Finance/Accounting and business unit-related inquiries.
Actively work with Finance in monitoring Risks & Opportunities exposure to operating plans.
Provide analytical support for Vehicle Services Hoshin activities.
Respond to requests and provide ad hoc reports for financial and Company Car information that come from Toyota Motor Sales (TMS) business divisions, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), Toyota Affiliates, Tax, Customs, and particularly Finance.
Lead process re-engineering to support operational improvement to ensure an efficient and effective Vehicle Services operation.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent work experience required.
Demonstrated finance experience including budgeting, financial modeling, and project management responsibilities required.
Proficiency with SAP, BPC, and Power BI Dashboards.
Strong PC proficiency in Excel, Access, and Visio required; and programming ability or ability to write/translate system requirements.
Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organizing, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Self-starter mindset, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong financial forecasting and accounting principles experience.
First-rate analytical skills.
Solid business acumen and process-oriented mindset.
Strong project management skills.
A high degree of business partnering skills and ability to influence others at all levels.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong presence and have demonstrated track record of success.
Experience creating journal entries.
Added bonus if you have
Experience in retail, fleet, and/or commercial finance.
Experience with Toyota Company Car NVS or other legacy systems, and/or reporting tools such as SSRS, and SQL.
