Vape Shop Sales Associate

We are hiring for Vape and smoke shop looking for hardworking individuals who are goal oriented , Opportunity for increased growth within the company. This is an hourly plus bonus-based job. And looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. you should stay up-to-date with our products , its Accessories and Related items, our store’s visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of sales experience

• Customer Service skills.

Education/Skills

• High School diploma/GED

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task

• CustomerServiceskills: The Customer is always right. You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers, listening to their needs and helping them.

• CommunicationSkills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any question they might have.

• Flexibility: Must be able to work in Multi Shifts, Long hours & also available in the weekends.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers.

• Assist customer by suggesting additional merchandise that compliments their selections.

• Offer information about merchandise selection to minimize returns.

• Assist in pricing merchandise, markdowns, restocking and other retail related duties.

• Utilize proper telephone etiquette at all times.

• Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm at all times.

• Ability to effectively handle customer service issues.

• Be familiar with all product information.

• Have a knowledge of back stock merchandise.

• Provide feedback on merchandise request.

• Know productivity and job performance standards.

• Assist and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards.

• Know and use promotional event information to maximize sales.

Sales representatives sell retail products, goods and services to customers. Sales representatives work with customers to find what customer want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Sales representatives will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
