Van Driver

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting Children to various schoolsin a safe and timely manner. Your excellent driving skills and friendly demeanor will ensure a positive experience for our CHILDREN

```Duties```

- Safely operate a van to transport passengers or deliver goods

- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time arrivals

- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and securing their belongings

- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and other drivers

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks

- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts

```Skills```

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- School bus driving experience or similar background in passenger transportation

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers

- Shuttle driving or van driving experience preferred

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with passengers, dispatchers, and coworkers

- Experience as a delivery driver is a plus

- Familiarity with paratransit or limousine services is an advantage
