Cdl A Local Dry Van Drivers In Atlanta, Ga - Now Hiring

CEVA Logistics is hiring a CDL-A Driver at our location in Atlanta, GA This is a day shift position, 8 am - 5 pm, Monday – Friday with weekends off. The driver will operate a day cab tractor and haul 53’ trailers to and from specified destinations in metro Atlanta. May have to offload freight at certain customers but mostly no touch.

Mid Shift 8:00a-5:00p | Home Daily | Mon – Fri

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $26 per hour
  • 40-50 hours/week. Overtime @ time and half
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Daily
• Shift: Day shift; 8 am - 5 pm
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Route: Within 150 miles of Atlanta

Equipment

• Pulling 53ft Vans
• Newer fleet with state-of-the-art equipment, full maintenance support, safety features and electronic logs
• Manual and Automatic Transmission skills mandatory
• Speed governed at 70 mph.
• Inward and outward facing event triggered cameras.
• Slip seating.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have valid CDL A License
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable CDL A driving experience
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • No more than 3 moving violations/traffic citations in the past 3 years 
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents (chargeable or not) in the last 3 years
  • No DUIs/DWIs in the past 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate for this position
