We are currently seeking highly motivated marketing/sales-minded individuals who possess outgoing personalities and that are financially motivated to work with guests inside Hilton-branded hotels.
As a Vacation Sales Representative, you will provide a concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations.
- Qualified candidates must enjoy interacting with guests and be eager for upward mobility.
- Top pay (Hourly plus commission plus an excellent bonus structure), excellent benefits, flexible schedule, and growth potential. Earning potential of $80K-$100K. Our top earners last year surpassed $130K!
- Candidate must be able to travel to the Charlotte area and ready to start as soon as possible.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- At least one year hospitality and/or customer service experience.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- High School Diploma or GED
- $80000 - $130000 / year competitive earnings package with hourly rate, commission and bonus, top earners last year exceeded $130k.
