JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking an ambitious employee for Beachtown Realty Vacation Rental management and office main office support.
This position includes and is not limited to the following:
- Answering Emails for Rentals and Homeowners
- Managing Rental Platforms: VRBO and Owner Rez
- Weekly Check-In Schedule
- On-Boarding New Rental Properties
- Oversee Cleaning Crews
- Updating The Google Drive Daily
- Coordinate Reservations of Beach Chair Rentals and Pool Access

- Hourly Rate: $20/hour weekdays and $30/hour weekends
- Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm
- Days: Wednesday - Sunday(subject to change depending on number of employees)
- Health Insurance: UTMB Multi-Share (goes into effect after 3 months)
- No paid sick days or holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (This is a vacation business and employees are required to work during holidays)
- On long weekend holidays, it is expected to be available to come in to work on off days.
The job description can be modified at any time due to market demands or employment. A minimum of two-weeks notice is required.
