The Role
We are looking for a highly talented and passionate UX/UI Designer who creates and iterates end to end user experiences from concept to execution, especially in web platforms. A UX/UI Designer that helps us make the most useful, intuitive, and enjoyable experience for our customers and internal users.
We are looking for someone mid-level designer with an end-to-end skillset to help round out our growing design team with strong visual skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out projects throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle; from ideation, design and validation of prototypes, all the way to usability tests on the final product, including pixel perfect and assets delivery.
- Combine diverse quantitative and qualitative research methods and derive insights from them, either conducted on your own or in partnership with other members of the team.
- Work closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, marketers and data scientists to deliver polish designs and advocate for the product highest quality, always striving to produce aesthetically pleasing and usable products.
- As a member of a small team, you're ready to wear many hats. You're comfortable with all stages of the design process, from discovery to delivery.
- Evangelize User Experience design across the whole company, applying processes like Design Thinking to solve business problems.
- You will have to understand and visualize complex systems, from business concepts over data sets to propose a coherent and polished solution.
- You will need to read and write technical documentation in English and develop Design QA reports.

Technical Skills Required
- Proven professional experience of 3+ years in digital environments.
- Sketching, brainstorming, and conceptualization.
- Prototyping, including animations and transitions.
- Strong design software skills, proficient in Figma.
- Able to understand and write technical documentation in English.
- Experience creating and using design systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in running focused user research interviews to isolate product pain points and come up with iterative solutions.
- Experience organizing design workshops.
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS products.
A portfolio with some of your previous projects is mandatory to consider your application.
