The Role

Frontend Design and Development:

• Collaborate with product and developers to implement user-friendly and responsive web interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend services.
• Build mockups and wireframes as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Engage in regular communication with the development team through virtual meetings and collaboration tools.
• Provide status updates on project progress and actively participate in team discussions.
• Seek and incorporate feedback to enhance personal and team performance.
• Work with the product team and users to translate problems into solutions with great user experiences.

Adaptability and Learning:

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Basic understanding of backend technologies, databases, and server-side languages.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a remote work environment.
• Proactive attitude and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Note: This is a remote, US based position. The contract duration is 3 months, paid monthly.
