LUDEX is an AI based mobile app development company in the sport/trading card and collectible industry and we are looking for a UI/UX Designer in our Chicago office. This is an in-person position at the Ludex office in Chicago, Illinois. Successful candidates are expected to be present in the Chicago office, without requiring relocation. Come be a part of a company that is truly changing the game! • Experience in wire framing, prototyping, mock-up creation, user flows
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: including Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch
• Proficiency in responsive design
• Experience in Agile development process

• UI/UX Designers play a critical role in shaping the digital experiences that users interact with daily. They bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that products not only look good but also provide meaningful and enjoyable experiences for users. Ludex's UI/UX Designer will be a subject matter expert in creating products that enhance a user's experiences. This role is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions for all levels of products and digital initiatives using research/data to create wireframes, flows and prototypes.
• Effectively communicate design concepts, strategy, and the rationale behind design decisions.
• Work on a wide variety of marketing land page projects.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to understand business requirements.
• Build wireframes to conceptualize landing page designs to accurately convey the user journey.
• Design and generate fully interactive HTML prototypes and click-throughs which were used for client presentations, mock-ups, as well as user-testing studies.
• Present end-to-end designs to stakeholders across different teams.
• Keep up to date on industry trends, establish and advocate for UX/UI best practices, guidelines and standards, and emerging technologies; contribute to improvements in process and workflow.
