UX / UI Product Designer
Seeking interface designer to play a key role creating intuitive, beautiful software app experiences for both internal and client projects. Will need both an eye for design and an holistic understanding of how to define responsive, data-driven experiences. You’ll partner closely with both the Product Owner, Creative and the Development teams. Role is fast paced, team aligned and a great way to both learn and grow your skillset. Must be well versed in Figma, design systems, and commercial grade web applications interface design.

Responsibilities:
- Refine existing experiences with an eye towards optimizing usability and consistent patterns
- Set up and maintain Design Systems
- Interface for data / event driven forms, transactions, flows and dashboards
- Adhere to brand standards
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry trends to ensure continuous enhancement of the product
- Champion user-centered design principles and ensure that all designs prioritize ease of use and accessibility
- Create and manage a library of reusable design components and assets in Figma, promoting efficiency and consistency in design workflows
- Collaborate with development teams to identify opportunities for standardization and component reuse
- Implement and enforce design patterns, guidelines, and best practices to drive a unified user experience
- Actively participate by regularly using the products you design, gaining firsthand insights into the user experience and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Cultivate a deep sense of user empathy through personal interaction with the product
- Ensure that design decisions are informed by a genuine understanding of user needs and pain points
What it Takes to Succeed:
- 5+ years of proven, digital app UI/UX experience and app Interface design
- Solid visual and usability skills
- Self driven and accepts feedback well
- Sets high standards and driven to evolve
- Can move quickly from low fidelity concepts to detailed Figma ready to deploy
- Brainstorms well with diverse audiences from c-suite to developers
- Can work with inexact requirements and shifting priorities
- Knows when to ask questions and when to dig deep
- Takes pride in their work
