About this job
You’ll bring UX research and design thinking to some of the world’s best brands, ensuring our design solutions are built from a user-focused perspective while meeting our client’s goals. You’ll work with a cross-functional team of experts to solve a variety of UX Strategy and Design challenges across different client accounts and industries, from small digital experiences to large app or website designs. You’ll also get trained on the latest innovative approaches to CX, UX, and design to ensure that you bring the latest thinking to your work.
What you'll do
- Help conduct various types of qualitative and quantitative UX research such as field studies, user interviews, usability testing, card sorting, A/B testing and more.
- Conduct competitive and best-in-class analyses of other websites and apps to inform your work.
- Translate user research and strategy insights into UX Design deliverables such as user stories, experience maps, user flows, site maps, sketches, wireframes, etc.
- Help design and craft interactive prototypes for user feedback.
- Explore new, competing experiences and UX/UI methods.
Who you are
- 2+ years proven work experience as a UX Designer on two (2) or more large product design projects
- Experience working on eCommerce experiences
- Have a variety of experience in aspects of UX Design such as information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and have real-world work to prove it
- Participated in conducting UX Research activities such as user interviews, concept testing, card sorting, surveys, usability testing, etc.
- Clear and effective communication about your design ideas and solutions when presenting to others Experience utilizing UX Design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD, and InVision

For New York City, the estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
