About Us: This team within Publicis Groupe is focused on revolutionizing the creative advertising industry through innovative AI-driven tools. Our mission is to empower creative professionals with intuitive and seamless solutions that make their work more efficient and impactful. We are currently seeking an exceptional UI/UX Design Lead to help us shape the future of our cutting-edge digital AI products.
The Role: We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Design Lead who can strike the perfect balance between user experience and visual design of the user interface. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of existing AI tools on the market and some knowledge of how agency creatives operate, as they will be designing products tailored to these users.
As our UI/UX Design Lead, you will work closely with product owners and development teams to create engaging, user-friendly designs that simplify complex tasks for our users. This role will evolve existing AI products as they move beyond MVP stage in addition to designing out new tools based on stakeholder requirements. You will have the opportunity to lead design across a suite of tools, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed industry standards.

- Lead the design process for a small suite of tools that leverage AI
- Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design with overall product strategy and functionality
- Understand and apply AI concepts to create designs that are both innovative and practical
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, technology, and creative advertising to inform your design decisions
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides, designs, and prototypes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance the user experience of our products
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital products
- Proven ability to lead design on multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of existing generative AI tools
- Strong visual design skills and a modern design aesthetic
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Figma
