Essential Job Duties:Operation of a mail delivery route. Delivery mail to and picking up mail from University departments. Sort US mail and campus materials with in the University Mail System.
1. Process all incoming and outgoing domestic and international mail distributed through the US Post Service.
2. Process mail for distribution through the interdepartmental mail system for campus-wide distribution
The 886 positions of Facilities Division service the students and staff of the University’€™s teaching, research/administrative space and 2,240 acres of Ground and Transportation Infrastructure. Facilities Division provides design and building services, maintenance, custodial, landscape, solid waste removal, utility, mail, and motor pool services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The goal is to: deliver cost effective services to the University, ensure completed projects and maintenance that conform to codes and regulations, while minimizing University liabilities and disruptions caused by the maintenance, repair and building, and equipment modifications to the University.
