Process incoming and outgoing mail accurately. Research information via computer programs provided by client. Handle confidential information with high integrity. Prepares, screens, routes, files, and distributes mail and records by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Retrieve incoming mail from client US Post Office boxes, client and State courier drop boxes and intra-department mail areas, not including County or State holidays.
- Sort and date-stamp all incoming mail according to agreed methodology.
- Process mail marked "confidential" according to agreed methodology.
- Follow due diligence on determining the proper recipient of mail not clearly addressed to a specific employee or department.
- Provide counts of first class mail.
- Prepare and count all outgoing mail in a timely fashion.
- Prep records for scanning into Compass Pilot
- Respond in a timely fashion to any lost or missing mail.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Intermediate Windows 10 or higher skills.
- Data entry skills of 40 WPM or higher
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 2013 products/software or higher (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good beginner knowledge of Google Chrome and Internet Explorer
- Good problem-solving skills
