Utility Area Manager

The Position: We’re looking for an Area Manager to come in and immediately be an integral part of our team. Pay is competitive, and we offer:

Required:
Microsoft Office skills
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Lead, direct, and supervise local teams
Train employees on new processes and procedures
Succession Planning
Provide education and training in safety, sales, production, and administration to employees
Develop, train, and manage employee performance
Ensure safety of all employees
Train and develop employees to the highest standards of safety
Oversee maintenance of all tools and equipment
Investigate all incidents to find causes and remedial actions
Understand all federal, state, and local regulations
Build rapport with clients and team members
Build rapport with support departments and field personnel
Effectively communicate between upper management and field personnel
Attend client meetings
Ensure that the execution of KPIs outlined by the customer are complete

The Location: This position will work in the Tri-State Area (NJ,NY, CT)
